Things people ask before they book
Is the price on the website what we will actually pay?
Every price is on our website, with delivery quoted at checkout. Electrical costs are not on the website because they vary by property. A sale price should have a reason you can hear out loud, and if one is running we will tell you what it is. What the extra money buys on our traditional line: handcrafted cabins, materials designed to last decades not seasons, manufactured in Europe, extended warranties, and our in-house assembly team.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both work. Outdoor cabins suit gardens, decks and courtyards and need a level base and an electrical run. Indoor builds suit garages, bathrooms and spare rooms and need ventilation and clearances. We work out which is right for your space on the call.
Is a 2 to 3 person sauna big enough for the two of us, and will it fit our spot?
For two people it is comfortable, and it is the size most couples choose. Send through the dimensions of your spot and we confirm clearances, access and the delivery path before anything is ordered.
Can we see one before we decide?
Yes. We have showrooms by appointment, and we can arrange a time that suits you on the call.
We are mid-renovation, moving, or only just looking. Is the call still for us?
Yes. Plenty of people book while plans are still moving. We give you the numbers and the constraints now so the sauna is designed into the build rather than squeezed in later.
Can my partner be on the call, and what actually happens on it?
Please bring them. It is a short conversation about where the sauna is going, what is under it and who is deciding with you. You leave with a recommended model and delivery and assembly quoted in writing.
Why should we trust you with a deposit before we have seen anything?
Booking a consultation places no order and takes no payment. You only pay once you have the model, the price and the delivery and assembly quote in writing.
