After the call
In writing, before any deposit
- Your written quote: the model that fits, with delivery and assembly for your address.
- Your spec sheet and the technical drawings for your model come with your written quote.
- Your terms and your warranty, per model.
- If you want it later, the best time to order it is now: a deposit holds your unit until your site is ready.
- We have electricians we can put you in touch with around Australia, or use your own.

Once you order: the base goes in, the sauna is delivered, our team assembles it, your electrician connects it, then heat and enjoy.
