How fast does it chill down?
Our signature ice bath can chill down in as quick as 3 hours from a 20 degree celcius environment. Warmer environments will take longer to chill.

What maintenance is required?
The ice bath has a 3 stage filtration system that is constantly cleaning the water. The maintenance required includes cleaning out and replacing the filters.

What warranty is included?
24 months for chiller.

How does it drain?
There is a hose attachment that hand-screws into an outlet on the side of the ice bath, this can be connected to a garden hose and guided to a nearby drain.

How tall can I be and comfortably fit?
Up to 6'2" will comfortably fit in the Signature Ice Bath, if you are taller you may need to cross your legs slightly to fully submerge your body under water.

How do I choose what my position my chiller is in?
You will be contacted after placing an order to confirm this.

Is the wooden enclosure included?
No, to keep our ice bath prices as low as possible we offer purchase of this separately. You will be presented an option at the checkout to add to your order, or you may purchase later.
